A project's team is a set of roles: the jobs the project needs, such as a writer, an artist or a developer. Each role is a seat held by an AI or by a person, and every task names the role that does it. People and AI share one board, one Inbox and one Project Memory.

Open **Team Room**. **Work** shows the roles with their tasks; drag a task onto a role to give it to that role. **Roster** lists **People**, **AI teammates** and **Team seats**, and **Add role** adds one.

## Who holds a seat

A seat is **Connected** (an AI is connected to it), **Manual handoff** (someone carries its work in and out by hand) or **Vacant**.

A person can take a role's seat when they join through an invitation that names the seat. The role keeps its tasks and history; the person now does the work. People join a project only by invitation.

## Model, effort and rank

Under **Model and rank**, a role can name the **Model** and **Effort** its tasks should run on. An AI that picks up the role's task over MCP reads them, so it can run the work, or the subagent it hands it to, on that model.

The role's frame and rank follow from that model:

| Rank | Intern | Junior | Middle | Senior | Lead | Principal |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Frame | Common | Uncommon | Rare | Epic | Legendary | Mythic |

- Ranks follow public model ratings (LMArena's Agent Arena), which Legevio reads once a day. A model the ratings no longer list keeps its last rank, marked as older.
- A very high effort setting lifts the rank by one step.
- A role with no model, or a model nobody rated, has no rank.
- When ratings move a role's frame, the project owner gets one notice.

The rank describes the model the role runs on, not the quality of its work.

## Level

A role's **Level** comes only from the accepted tasks it holds, whoever sits in the seat. Each accepted task adds experience, more for higher priority and for longer work. Nothing is stored; it is counted again from the tasks.

A role's card also shows its **Last 30 days**: results handed in, accepted, sent back and waiting.

## Characters

**Edit name and character** opens the gallery of Legevio's 32 role characters. Until you choose, one is picked by the role. The character only changes how the role looks.

## Archive, never delete

**Archive role** takes a role out of lists and pickers. Its unfinished tasks go back to the pool; its history and name stay, and **Archived roles → Restore** brings it back. A role with work queued or running, or with a person in its seat, cannot be archived until that is settled.

## For your AI

- `list_team` lists each project's roles (with model, effort, rank and level where set) and the people who can open it. Archived roles are left out.
- `get_task` names the assigned role and, when the role asks for one, its model and effort.
- `propose_role` and `propose_composition` put a role, or a whole team of up to 12 seats, in the Inbox as one proposal. An accepted proposal adds the seats with no AI connected.
